TERMS & POLICIES:

BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of $50.00 is required to secure your initial appointment. The booking fee will go toward your treatment(s).

PAYMENT POLICY: It is Beauty by Lilly, LLC ‘s policy that payment is the patient's responsibility at the time of service.

• Beauty by Lilly, LLC is pleased to accept the following: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Beauty by Lilly, LLC gift certificate, patient's credit card with photo ID, and Cherry.
• Only one Beauty by Lilly, LLC promotion may be redeemed per visit.
• Beauty by Lilly, LLC discounts and coupons may be combined with manufacturer discounts and promotions.

RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule, please give us a notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date. You can email info@beautybylilly.com or call/text (360) 803-4545. You may only reschedule once. If you reschedule more than once, we will require an additional deposit.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: Your time is important to us, and your appointments are reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment to allow us the opportunity to accommodate another patient. In the case of reoccurring late cancellations (3 or more times), we will require a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 to secure future appointments. All no-shows will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100.00 and forfeit $50.00 booking fee. All Monday appointments must be canceled by Friday at 7:00 pm to avoid cancellation fees. Excessive no-shows or late cancellations may result in patient dismissal. Beauty by Lilly, LLC upholds this policy to ensure that we can continue to provide the absolute best care possible.

LATE POLICY: If you arrive at your appointment 15 minutes or later, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel your appointment. Your booking fee will be forfeited. You can reschedule for a different date and put down another booking fee. With our staff having back-to-back patients we ask you to be considerate and plan accordingly with traffic and finding our salon.

NO REFUNDS: This procedure is cosmetic in nature and non-refundable. If unsatisfied we will work with you and find a solution.
